Which levels of institutions are good to subscribe to ESN?
Play groups, Nursery, Primary and Secondary schools. However informal education centres like coaching and, vocational training centres may find it very suitable.

Yes. You have 30 days to signup and try ESN full functionality on any of our paid plans.

My School is new and small and I would like to grow with your
school management system but am low on budget
Our starter plan is free for live! Any school with less than 40 students can enjoy this package. You only need to upgrade to higher plans when your students population grow beyond 40. This gives you opportunity to test and get used to eschool management system without breaking your budget.

Can I upgrade my subscription plan midway?
Yes you may. You will need to pay the pro-rated difference between your current plan and the higher plan you wish to upgrade to.

What payment methods do you accept
We accept payment online with credit/debit cards via Paystack payment gateway. Alternatively, you may also pay by bank deposit/transfer.

What level of support is available to ESN customers?
We provide live chat support on ESN website, Telephone support 9 – 5pm Monday to Friday excluding government public holidays and Email support 24/7, 365 days.

Do you provide personalized support for setting up the School
Admin portal
Yes, we provide portal setup and data entry service on request for a fee. We have affiliate and technical partners nationwide ready to attend to your personal issues as relates to ESN. Remote assistance is also possible. Talk to our support team on support@eschoolnigeria.com.ng or apply online.
